“Tender” Pot Roast

Having one of those weeks where you can’t find time to sit down with your family for a meal?  Oh, wait, that’s every day in a hockey house.  When one of those day’s finally does surface, nothing says home cooking like pot roast.

And, nothing makes pot roast better than a hockey theme.  Check our our “Tender” Pot Roast.  It’s sure to be a ringer for your grinder.

Ingredients

• 4 lb. chuck roast
• salt and pepper
• 1 cup of water
• 1 cup of teriyaki sauce
• 1 onion chopped
• 5 carrots peeled and cut
• 5 potatoes peeled and cut

Directions

1. Line your crockpot with a crockpot liner.
2. Season roast with salt and pepper
3. Place ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours
